A PEO (Professional Employer Organization) co-employs your workforce alongside you. You keep full control of your day-to-day operations. We handle payroll, benefits, tax filings, HR compliance, and risk management. You get the resources of a large employer at a fraction of the cost.
Most clients are fully onboarded within 2–3 pay periods. Your team manages the transition. Collecting employee data, configuring payroll, and coordinating benefits enrollment, so your team feels minimal disruption.
You can start with just payroll or HR outsourcing and add services as your business grows. Our ASO model lets you keep your own FEIN and pick exactly what you need without entering a co-employment arrangement.
Traditional HR outsourcing gives you a task-based service provider. A PEO gives you a co-employer, which means access to competitive group benefit rates, shared employer tax liability, and a specialist who’s accountable for your entire HR stack, not just individual deliverables.
They’ll notice better benefits and a smoother HR experience. The co-employment relationship is transparent. Your company name stays on everything client-facing. Employees still report to you; we just handle the back-office infrastructure.
We work with businesses from 5 to 500+ employees across all 50 states. Our sweet spot is the 10–150 employee range: companies large enough to have complex HR needs, but where building a full in-house HR department doesn’t make financial sense.
Your per-employee rate is set at contract signing. It adjusts when your headcount changes materially, but there are no surprise fees or mid-year rate hikes. Your specialist walks you through what’s included before you sign anything.
Standard contracts include a 60–90 day notice period. We provide a full data export of all payroll records, employee files, and tax documents so your transition out is as smooth as your transition in. We’d rather earn your loyalty than lock you in.
