We picked a lane early and stayed in it. Full-service PEO for U.S. Employers between 10 and 500 people. We don't chase Fortune 500 logos. We don't do software-only self-serve. We don't run offshore call centers. We run payroll, benefits, workers' comp, compliance, and HR, and every client gets a specialist who knows their business.
Along the way we added a bookkeeping and tax arm through our Axiom team, brought on ZayZoon for on-demand pay so hourly workforces could access earned wages without the fees, and became an IIG-affiliated insurance broker so our clients could shop commercial coverage without a second relationship to manage.
We grew into a cross-functional specialist team, two offices, and clients in 30+ states, and kept the small-caseload discipline that lets us still pick up on the first ring. That attention is the product. Everything else is support.
